                    • Successfully arranged national and international concert tours, concerts at prestigious halls and music centers in the USA and abroad (including the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Schauspielhaus Berlin, Musikverien Berlin, Bösendorfer Hall Vienna, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, Warsaw National Philharmonic, Albert Hall, Budapest National Philharmonic, Beijing Music Hall, Shanghai Music Center, Tianjin Arts Center, Manilla Arts Center, Toho Music Hall, Osaka Concert Hall, and the Jakarta Media Center)


                    • Effectively organized or co-organized prestigious cultural and academic events, including international conferences, congresses, festivals, symposia, meetings, lectures, joint projects, and collaborative exchange projects.


                    • Founded, organized, and supported the annual International Music Institute and Festival USA, allowing young musicians from around the world to work together with renowned artist-teachers


                    • Sponsored International Tribute to Padarewski events, including award ceremonies in the USA and Poland to present the Paderewski Award for Distinguished Contributions to Society and Culture


                    • Successfully organized such events as Krzystof Penderecki's debut at Carnegie Hall (in cooperation with Yale University) and the first American tour of the Leipzig Thomanerchor


                    • Founded the International Friends of Music Association, a grass-roots organization to support outstanding musicians in the USA and abroad


                    • Offered consulting services for public and private organizations including JakArt International Arts Festival, Brandenburg Begegnungen & Konzerte, UNESCO's International Child Prodigies Concert, UNESCO's International Conference and Festival "Local Music Heritage in the Age of Globalization," and the World Summit for Young Musicians.


                    • Produced and sponsored CD, DVD, LP, and cassette recordings under the label of Intermuse Company Records (ICRecords), distributing these recordings world-wide through traditional and non-traditional channels
