Conditions and Agreement
This document outlines what the organizers of the tour (Dr. Charles H. Borowsky, Intermuse Performing Artists Bureau, The International Friends of Music Association, and their German friends) agree to provide when you sign up for the tour, and what you agree to do in return. This is very important information, so please read it carefully before you complete your reservation request.
1. Tour Price Guarantee: Your very economic price for the tour will be locked and guaranteed the moment we receive your deposit, and we will strive to provide excellent service. This first-rate private tour will feature:
2. The itinerary includes Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Rhine River Valley from Mainz to Koblenz, Moselle Valley with visits to castles, monasteries, and several towns including Trier, Bernkastel, Worms, Spayer, Heidelberg, and Neckar River Valley. Europe is full of surprises and we need to be flexible enough to take advantage of whatever comes along so that we may provide you with the best possible tour. Minor changes (or uncompleted portions) of tour itinerary are not cause for refund.
3. Tour Payments: To reserve a seat on this tour, you must agree to these Tour Conditions and provide us with a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person. We accept personal checks (written from a U.S. bank account), bank drafts, and money orders made payable to “Intermuse” in US dollars as well as payment through PayPal. Your final tour payment is due by January 31, 2014. Please mark your final payment due date on your calendar. (Tour deposit refunds are discussed below.) We have a limited number of single rooms available for an additional fee of $625 per person. Bounced checks will incur a $35 fee.
4. Cancellations and Refunds: The tour payment (less the deposit) is refundable according to the following: 100% if requested by February 10, 2014; 80% by March 1, 2014; 50% by March 15, 2014; 0% after March 2, 2014. Cancellations must be in writing and sent via certified mail to Intermuse, P.O. Box 28060, Baltimore, MD 21239 or emailed to [email protected]. Cancellations become effective on the date received by Intermuse.
5. Insurance. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and health insurance for airline tickets, loss of luggage, trip cancelation, interruption or delay, medical evacuation, etc.
6. Tour forms, obligations, and risks: the below agreement must be submitted by November 15, 2013. Any pre-existing physical, mental, or emotional disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported by November 15, 2013. Omitting important information, or altering the Release and Waiver Agreement, will render it and your Tour Cancellation/Interruption Coverage invalid, and could result in expulsion from a tour at your own expense. Please understand that to keep costs down, and because it may be unobtainable in any event, Intermuse Inc. provides only limited protection in unforeseen circumstances. We have no additional travel or health coverage to protect tour participants.
